A Bundle Of Joy
After months of trying to conceive without success, Lizzy is feeling dejected about the prospect when Lydia shows up for an unexpected visit. She brings along her infant son, and Lizzy is enamored with baby Ian. When Lydia leaves Ian behind to go to London to search for her missing husband, Fitzwilliam steps in to help deal with Wickham once again. Lizzy knows Ian’s place is with his parents, and she has every faith her husband will help Lydia find Wickham, but she still longs for a baby of her own. Will she and Fitzwilliam ever know what it is to have their own bundle of joy?
A Lingering Melody
Thoroughly modern Lizzy.
A decade after Darcy’s ill-fated proposal at Hunsford, Lizzy is a modern woman teaching music at a progressive school. She is shocked when one of her newest pupils is Anne-Marie Darcy, daughter of the man who once loved her so reluctantly. She quickly adores his daughter, and her stifled affection for the man is stirring to life anew as well.
The more time she spends with him, the more she sees a new side of Fitzwilliam. He is a changed man, influenced by a decade of loss and his brief marriage to Anne. One thing remains unchanged, and that is his love for her. The timing was all wrong ten years ago, but can they finally get it right this time?
Fortune & Misfortune
When a fortuneteller at the Netherfield ball tells Lizzy and Fitzwilliam they are soulmates who have lived many lives before, both dismiss the claim. Yet as the days pass, Lizzy finds it harder to disbelieve she was once in love with Mr. Darcy in a previous life. With her loyalties torn between Mr. Wickham, so wronged by Darcy, and the man himself, who draws her, can she separate the truth from the lies? Which man deserves her heart, and which man has held it for innumerable lifetimes before?
This story includes a touch of magic, intrigue, danger, and a decidedly fated happily ever after for ODC.
While Abbey sometimes writes steamy JAFF, this story is strictly SWEET.
Shadow of Darcy
Will Lizzy lose her heart or her life to the enigmatic Mr. Darcy?
Lizzy is the newest instructor at Netherfield Academy, and strange noises have her searching the corridors of the drafty old castle to discover the source. The previous headmaster disappeared under strange circumstances, and when his replacement, Mr. Darcy, catches her in the corridors, he warns her. The first time. The next time, he kisses her, and she sees something different about him. Darcy is as mysterious as the surroundings, and she fears for her life, her sanity, and her heart as she strives to resist the pull he exerts on her.
